It's March and it's summer! Happy Summer. Anyway, can you feel the summer? Well, me it's not yet so true because mornings are still chilly! However, if the dawn chills you, then why not chill at the beach! One great summer escapade I want to recommend is Currimao in the province of Ilocos Norte.

MY FRIEND MAYNARD TREATED ME to Currimao for a photography session! For Summer beach goers, I must say, I recommend Currimao, although beaches in Cabugao, Sinait, Santiago and San Esteban are beautiful too (You see, I'm biased for Sur. I know)! Sadly, I wasn't able to visit those secret ILOCOS SUR

beaches for a blog feature. Anyway, Currimao is fun!

The quiet town of Currimao has been so humble about its hidden beauty. Located at the lovely and charming West Philippine Sea coast of Ilocos Norte, Currimao is really a place for leisure and relaxation. Currimao is just a simple town but it could give you a grand offering!

ASIDE FROM THE CHARMING BEACHES it could offer you, Currimao has captured an Indonesian-inspired investment. A Bali architecture-patterned resort can comfort you, aesthetically created to feel the ambiance of summer! This beautiful resort infused the modern-day hospitality of Filipinos. This is the Playa Tropical Hotel and Resort located at Brgy Victoria.

Guests can stay in beautifully built Balinese-inspired two-story Casa, with its own private pool, in the middle of perfect scenery of the precious beach and lovely tropical garden. 

Their infinity pool is a must-try! It would take you to a refreshing break as the splendid ocean view Spa take your mind to paradise. Their infinity pool is really an eye-catch and it is amazingly relaxing to the eyes believe me! But for pool lovers and Gluthathione product users, the best time to swim is from 5pm onwards. The sun is too much scorching at day. But the best view of the pool with the beach is at 12-5pm.

For budget travelers, because I know Playa Tropical might be too costly, you could simply drop by their beach and enjoy Currimao like I did. ▬ end
