[DAGUPAN, PANGASINAN, PHILIPPINES] ▬ I know these street delicacies are very common almost everywhere in the Philippines but it was my first time to eat most of the following. I was in Dagupan that day and I ate a lot of bangus (milk fish) every meal. Guys out here have always cooked bangus for us.

[DAGUPAN] ▬ CHICKEN NUGGETS: THIS IS ACTUALLY CHICKEN INTESTINES

#DAGUPAN

I realized it was
not all about bangus here. I went to the city plaza
and I rediscovered foods I always see but I usually ignore. They really smelled good. I was hungry! It was an awesome food trip day for me. They are so cheap. They are so Filipino in style. Delicious too. In all of the food displayed there, only the tokneneng is the one I have tasted. At this moment, I should taste all those displayed!

It was my first time to eat one-day-old. I learned that there is a technique in eating this one. The vendor removed something inside then she gave what's remaining to me. I didn't know that thing!

[DAGUPAN] ▬ A CHUNK OF PIG LIVER AT 3 PESOS

I noticed the chicken nuggets. I don't know why it was called nuggets. However it was delicious @ only 10 pesos to 12 pesos! This was really fun.

In this part of Dagupan, there are no tables. You have to eat while standing. It was cool while viewing other people walking into rush, I think this is another way to relax... Don't worry, a lot of people there are standing while eating with you so don't be ashamed. You're not alone. But make sure it is about 4pm to 7pm where the peak hour really peeks in. Just feel free to eat and relax alternatively! ▬ end

"I didn’t ask about the price at first because I was expecting it to have the usual price. However, we have opened the drinks and there’s no way of turning back."

My brother and I decided to have a road trip using my motorbike on a sunny Saturday. Unluckily, I thought my digicam was charged full but it wasn't. Of course, there would be regrets for us without the souvenir photos. As we are down to our last spot, the most important one, my digicam’s battery is down for draining.

[NARVACAN] ▬ UNFORGETTABLE STORE: JUNE 06, 2010

#NARVACAN

SO, MY PLAN IS TO look for a store for the purpose of charging my battery. But of course, we have to buy items then we’ll ask them that favor of charging my battery.

In a store in front of the beautiful Sulvec Bay in Narvacan, ILOCOS SUR

ILOCOS SUR

, Philippines, we chose a store and I didn’t know its name.
We bought C2 Green Tea (the small one) and into my big surprise, it was 25 each (about half a US dollar – Note: In the Philippines 1 dollar can already buy a burger and a Coke, drinks amounting half a dollar is considered very expensive).

I didn’t ask about the price at first because I was expecting it to have the usual price. However, we have opened the drinks and there’s no way of turning back.

Gosh! One thing more that made me angry is that the store owners are so unapproachable and they even turned their faces angry when I asked a favor from them to charge my battery! That was so bad!

However, luckily, I was still able to take one photo of the bay before my battery was totally drained.

This is the Beautiful Sulvec Bay I almost missed to capture and share because my battery got drained, and the reason I bought an expensive C2, without any benefit at all aside from the stomachache I sustained because of being unable to eat heavy meal. ▬ end
